Making a dream home

Simon and Lucy wanted to buy a new home in London and found the perfect location.  However the property was in need of extensive renovation and would need funding over a few years to complete the works .

 We helped with the initial purchase and then once all the plans and relevant planning permissions were approved we also helped release cash from a rental property they owned to pay for the initial renovations.  

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen delays and additional costs part way through the rebuild, the end renovations costings were amended and increased.  At this stage we were able to arrange some short term funding against a potential sale of another rental property to ensure that the renovations continued without stopping and ensuring that the agreed contracts could continue at pace.

In the end the rental was sold and the short term funding repaid and the property is now their dream home and has significantly increased in value already thanks to the quality of the renovations completed

We have worked with Mark over a number of years, in relation to raising funds for a number of development projects, where funds were not available to us in the market place. 

In relation to the renovation of our family home, Mark, in addition to raising the initial funds to purchase and start the build, was able to obtain short term financing to ensure that the build continued without interruption and at a favourable rate with no exist fees. 

After eighteen months of builders, we will not be moving anywhere in the near future. We are much indebted to Mark and his team for all their assistance.
